A lot has happened in the last three months. I have taken a horse trailer and stripped it out. I have fitted solar panels, lithium batteries and a Victron power management system. I have installed electric sockets, sinks and a water filter system. Fridges are now in place and working, counter-tops are fitted and varnished. All walls have been painted, coving added to the ceiling and lighting put up. I have also installed a 350 litre fresh water tank and filling/drain system along with a large waste water tank strapped beneath the trailer. I have done so much more than this but, essentially, working entirely by myself, I have created a space which is perfect for delivering perfect coffee in a self-contained unit which is sustainable.
I have plenty more to do, but the project is in the final build stages now and I am very excited to get my safety certificates etc and to take her on the road!
